As the 2018 version of the 11th edition of the Nice Classification (NCL) came into force on January 1, 2018, TIPO updated the concordances of goods and services and their relevant classes as well as those of the Japan Patent Office (JPO) on its website accordingly. By so doing, it is hoped that the lists can serve as a reference point for Taiwanese and Japanese applicants when they seek to file trademark applications. For more information, please visit:
