IP5 PPH Pilot Program Extended for Three Years as from January 6, 2017

The European Patent Office (EPO), the Japan Patent Office (JPO), the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO), the State Intellectual Property Office of the P.R.C (SIPO) and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) launched the patent prosecution highway (PPH) pilot program among the IP5 on January 6, 2014. Its duration was three years, and was scheduled to expire on January 5, 2017.
